  Just like clockwork, my internet is down again and the wonderful technicians at @GetSpectrum incorrectly told me it was my modem, so I drove to their store, got a new one, and still have no internet. I cant cancel this “service” fast enough.

  Was a Time Warner customer for almost 8 years and Spectrum really screwed it up. Customer care people are so rude. Store people are even more rude and do not listen at all. Glad that I switched to another internet provider. @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum

  And again @GetSpectrum I keep being refused installation because some rude technician named Abdul won’t do his job prior to a pre-bury but my next door neighbor who hasn’t even moved in yet had her service installed without a pre-bury!!! #terriblecustomerservice
